Visa & Immigration
Tourist, study, PR and work permit visas
Our visa desk handles applications for candidates travelling independently — with an honest assessment of your profile before you commit to the process.
What we handle
Four visa routes, one desk
Each route has different evidence requirements. We prepare the file to the standard that specific consulate expects.
Tourist & Visitor Visa
Short-stay visas for holidays, family visits and business travel. We prepare the file, cover letter and supporting financials so the application is complete at first submission.
Study Visa
Student visa applications with university admission support — course selection, offer letters, financial documentation and the visa interview preparation that follows.
Permanent Residency (PR)
PR applications for the destinations that operate points-based systems. We assess your profile honestly against the current criteria before you invest in the process.
Work Permit & Employment Visa
Employment visas tied to a confirmed job offer, including the work permit issued by the destination country and the stamping that follows.

Countries our visa desk covers
Requirements differ country by country — we work to the current criteria for each, not a generic template.

How it works
From assessment to submission
Most refusals come down to an incomplete or badly presented file. Our process is built around removing that risk.
- 01
Profile assessment
We look at your qualifications, travel history and documents, and tell you which visa route realistically fits — including when a profile is unlikely to qualify.
- 02
Document checklist
You receive a written checklist specific to your destination and visa type, so nothing is discovered missing at submission.
- 03
File preparation & review
We compile, verify and review the complete file before it goes in — the stage where most rejections are actually prevented.
- 04
Submission & follow-up
The application is submitted and tracked through the consulate, with interview preparation where the destination requires one.
Before you apply
What to have ready
- Passport with adequate remaining validity
- Educational certificates and mark sheets
- Experience letters from previous employers
- Financial documents and bank statements
- Recent passport-size photographs, white background
- Police clearance certificate where required
An honest word on approvals
No consultancy can guarantee a visa. The decision belongs to the consulate of the destination country, and anyone promising certainty is not telling you the truth.
What we can do is assess your profile against the current criteria, tell you plainly if it is weak, and make sure the application that goes in is complete and correctly presented.
Questions
Visa questions we hear most
- Which countries do you handle visa applications for?
- We cover the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe (Schengen), Australia, Germany, South Korea, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Japan and Vietnam.
- Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
- No — and be cautious of anyone who says they can. The decision rests entirely with the consulate of the destination country. What we control is that your file is complete, accurate and properly presented, which is what most refusals come down to.
- Do I need a job offer to apply for a work permit?
- For an employment visa, yes — it is tied to a confirmed offer from an employer in that country. If you do not have one, our recruitment desk may be able to match you against a live vacancy instead.
- How long does a visa application take?
- It depends entirely on the destination and visa type — a tourist visa may be decided in a few weeks, while PR applications can run considerably longer. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific route at the assessment stage.
Not sure which visa route fits you?
Bring your documents to our Mumbai or Kolkata office, or send them across, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
